    Elijah Promise to Housing Inc. provides safe, permanent housing for Veterans and Aged-Out Wards of the State convicted of sex offenses, promoting justice, healing, and restoration while reducing the burden on the justice system and our communities.

    Our wrap-around services include SUD, mental health support, cognitive behavioral therapy, and life skills training, workforce development. These programs help residents reintegrate successfully and reduce recidivism, ensuring emotional and physical well-being and housing stability.

  • Building Stability, Creating Homes

    We aim to acquire and renovate multi-unit buildings to house individuals in need, offering both a home and the resources required for a fresh start. Everyone deserves the dignity of stability and safety.

Are You Eligible for Our Program?

We welcome individuals who meet the following criteria to apply for support and resources through our program.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.

  • Legal Background: Conviction of a sex offense with compliance to probation, parole, or registry requirements.

  • Veteran or Aged-out Wards of the state: Priority for U.S. veterans or those aged out of the state system.

  • Housing Status: Currently homeless or at risk of homelessness.

  • Income Level: Must meet low-income guidelines.

  • Commitment: Willingness to participate in therapy, coaching, and support services.

  • Program Rules: Agreement to maintain a safe, drug-free environment.
